What Kind of Life Do You Want?

One of the things that's come out of the #StayAtHome order for me is a focus on growth. Through this I've learned that I'm actually at my best on a schedule. Anybody who knows me knows I've never liked a ton of structure. But it turns out when you really want results you're excited about doing what it takes. And guess what, I've found that real change in your life starts early in the morning. Early mornings are my new friend. These early mornings include meditation, repeating affirmations, writing in my journal, visualizing, cold showers, and exercise. All of thing help to give real clarity on the kind of life I want, the kind of life i'm creating.
